JOIN Failsworth Townswomen’s Guild tonight for its annual flower show and photography competition from 7.30pm at the Failsworth Library and Lifelong Learning Centre, Oldham Road. All welcome.
A STRAWBERRIES and cream evening will be hosted tomorrow by the Failsworth Historical Society at The Pavilion, Green Lane, Woodhouses. Quiz and raffle and entertainment. £3.50 for friends and members.
BROWSE for bargains at a baby goods sale on Saturday at Roman Road Independent Methodist Church, Failsworth, 9.30am to noon. Good-quality second-hand baby clothes, toys and equipment. Refreshments available.
HEAD down to the Garden Suburbs Summer Show on Saturday at the Pavilion, Green Lane, 2pm. Show includes resident’s flower show, fairground games, face painting, stalls and refreshments. Donation admission, in aid of pavilion funds.
FAMILY fun is on the cards at the Hollinwood Together Festival on Sunday at Limeside Park, First Avenue, Hollinwood, noon-4pm. Stage acts, fairground rides, Ranger Rob’s animals, fairground rides, stalls, food and much more. All welcome.
