FaB night

JOIN the Failsworth and Beyond (FaB) WI tomorrow for a talk by Chris Leah, of The Wooden Canal Boat Society, about life afloat. Middleton & Chadderton Sea Cadets Unit, 265a Oldham Road, Failsworth, 7.30pm.




GAMES, crafts, chats and challenges are available for 10 to 14-year-olds at the high-energy Rock Solid session tomorrow at Roman Road Independent Methodist Church, 7.30 to 8.30pm. Admission £1.



LISTEN to Musical Friends perform Songs from the Shows on Friday at St Margaret and St Chad’s Church, Chapel Road, Hollinwood, from 7.30pm. Adults £6, children £4. In aid of church roof and building appeal.



HEAD down to Beulah Baptist Church, Withins Road, Hollinwood, on Saturday and enjoy a brew and a bun at their fundraising cafe between 2.30 and 3.30pm. Admission £1 in aid of church funds.



THE Hands Club, for children aged three to 11 with additional needs and their siblings, starts up again on Saturday at the Avenues and Hollins Community Hall, First Avenue, Limeside, after its summer break. Admission is £1 per child.
