Rescue talk

THE work of Oldham Mountain Rescue Team is the topic for the latest talk by Peter Hyde tomorrow at 7.30pm at the Failsworth and Beyond Women’s Institute (FaB WI), Middleton & Chadderton Sea Cadets Unit, 265a Oldham Road. All welcome.

A FUNDRAISING event for the charity Help for Heroes is being held by Failsworth Townswomen’s Guild next Tuesday at Failsworth Town Hall, Oldham Road, 7.30pm. The award-winning Eccles Community Choir will be providing the entertainment, and there will be a tombola and crafts sale.
