MACHETES, knives and a hoard of drugs paraphernalia was found during police raids in Failsworth.
Officers from the Operation Caminada team raided a house in Church Street on Friday.
They seized cannabis, scales and an arsenal of weapons, including an ornate knife and another large blade.
A 24-year-old man and a 21-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of supplying a controlled drug and bailed.
The latest seizures and arrests come only days after officers recovered thousands of pounds worth of cannabis, weapons including an axe, cash, TVs, counterfeit DVDs and cars in two other Oldham raids.
Sgt Rob Howarth said: “In the past five days we have stopped thousands of pounds worth of drugs from getting on the streets, seized a small arsenal of weapons which may have been used in violent drug deals and, most importantly, took a stand against those who think they own the streets.”
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111.
