JOIN the lmembers of Failsworth Townwomen’s Guild tonight, from 7.30pm, when they welcome guest speaker Judy Spotton, of Allen Smith Tours. Held at Failsworth Town Hall, Oldham Road, Failsworth. For more information, call 0161 684 8258.
Failsworth’s Salvation Army stages a fashion show on Friday. The money raised will be put towards the Youth Alpha Project, an eight-week introduction to the Christian faith for young people. The show starts at 7pm, at 572 Oldham Road. Tickets are £4 on the door.

Held at Limehurst Library every Thursday, the free service will help you create or update your CV, complete application forms and prepare for interviews to help you find the perfect job. 1pm-3pm. YOU’LL be in stitches when you attend the Natterin’ Knitters Group tonight (1), between 7pm-9pm. Knitting, Crochet, Cross Stitch and even more techniques will be taught to people of all ages and levels. Held at The Salvation Army Citadel, Oldham Road. Admission costs £1 and includes tea, coffee and hot chocolate.
