GET knitting at a Knit and Natter gathering with members of the Failsworth and Beyond Womens Institute (FaB WI) tonight, from 7pm onwards.

LITTLE boppers aged up to 18 months can enjoy a bounce and rhyme session on Thursday at Limehurst Library, St Chad’s Centre, Lime Green Parade, from 2.15 to 3pm. Enjoy songs, stories and rhymes, sensory play and musical instruments. Ring 0161-624 0351 for details.

TEEN parents can meet other young mums and dads in the area at a session on Friday at Failsworth Children’s Centre, Propps Hall School, Propps Hall Drive, from 1.30 to 3pm. Fun activities for everyone for 50p.

GRAB a bargain and a brew at the Roman Road IM Church summer coffee morning on Saturday, from 10am to noon. Face painting, second-hand toys, home bake and more. All proceeds to church funds. All welcome.

GO karts, a climbing tower, face painting and sports sessions are just some of the free activities at the Moston Brook Family Fun Day on Saturday, starting at noon.
