FAILSWORTH and Beyond Women’s Institute (FaB WI) are having their monthly meeting at the Middleton and Chadderton Sea Cadets Unit on Oldham Road tomorrow at 7.30pm. Janet Whitehead, from Talking Newspapers, will be speaking and there will be a “Where am I?” competition based on holiday snaps of Fab WI members. THE Citizens’ Advice Bureau is having a drop-in session at Failsworth Library on Tuesday, September 24, from 9.30am-12.30pm.
TAKE your first steps to using a computer and the internet with a free course at Failsworth Library. Learn to use a keyboard and mouse, and how to send emails. Classes begin on Thursday from 10-11.30am. Contact Vickie Varley on 0161-770 8036.
