ANYONE who is over 60 years old and fancies a social get-together can do so on Thursday. The Oldham Garden Suburb Association is hosting its Over 60s Thursday Club, from 2 to 3.45pm at The Pavilion on Green Lane.
MOTHERS can bring their newborn babies along every Tuesday to discuss early childhood development at the Failsworth Children’s Centre, Propps Hall Drive. The free sessions take place from 10.15 to 11am.
PARENTS with a pound to spare can take their toddlers along to Hope Methodist Playgroup, for children aged up to five. Enjoy toys, games, tea and toasts from 9.30 to 11am every Thursday. For more information, call 0161-684 9580.
