FAILSWORTH Soccer Centre is hosting fun activities for those aged eight-13 to enjoy from 10am to 3pm every day this week especially for the half-term holidays.
A girls only soccer camp for six-14 year-olds takes place from 2-4pm. For more information, call 0161-688 3926.
“MY Friend Nigel”, a hilarious tale about the magic of friendship, will be performed by the Coliseum’s acclaimed Young Rep Company at Limehurst Library tomorrow from 2-3pm and is for children aged five to 11. For more information, call Angela Lee on 0161-770 8013.
THE Rush Hour Readers’ Group is meeting on Thursday from 5.30-6.30pm at Failsworth Library. The group meets every month in a relaxed, informal setting where visitors can meet new people and explore new authors and different genres. Books will be provided by the library. A SESSION where registered childminders come together to share ideas will take place at at Propps Hall, on Propps Hall Drive, on Thursday. Childminders can network and have fun with the children they care for from 9.30am-12.30pm. For more information, call 0161-770 8400.
MALE carers who want to partake in activities and craft with their pre-school children can go along to the Roman Road IM Church on Sunday. The meeting takes place in the Church Hall from 10.30am-noon.
