MUSIC EXTRA: MANCHESTER four-piece popsters Rixton have revealed their new single will be “We All Want The Same Thing”.
The track will be the third taken from the band’s hotly-anticipated debut album “Let The Road”.
It will follow the unqualified success of last summer’s number one hit “Me And My Broken Heart” and infectious follow-up “Wait On Me”.
“We All Want The Same Thing” is an R&B dancefloor filler showcasing charismatic frontman Jake Roche’s unmistakable falsetto vocals.
Another slice of the band’s sophisticated brand of modern pop music, it’s a track that will surely stake a claim to become an early contender for 2015’s smash of the summer. Rixton have spent most of the year to date on tour in America with Arianne Grande where their debut album was released last month.
It received instant rave reviews and became a top 40 billboard smash.
“We All Want The Same Thing” is released on June 7, with the album to follow a day later.
Rixton play the Manchester Arena on June 4, supporting Arianne Grande.
The boys play the prestigious Fusion Festival in Birmingham on August 28.
