Joanne: ‘I wouldn’t get far on X Factor’

MUSIC: VOTED Best British Blues Female, Joanne Shaw Taylor steps out on a run of UK shows next month and is coming to Oldham on July 10.
The celebrated blues rock guitarist and singer/songwriter will appear at Uppermill Civic Hall.
Born and raised in the Black Country, Joanne was originally discovered by the Eurythmics’ Dave Stewart as a 16-year-old guitar prodigy. She is now one of the hottest names on the British blues circuit, admired and respected by many leading guitarists.
