ANYONE who believes that London Skolars will be pushovers tomorrow night should think again.
The team from the capital have only won one match all season and have conceded a massive 767 points in their 14 matches so far, scoring only 164 themselves.
But recent weeks have seen something of a revival, culminating in the Skolars running visitors Workington very close for their 24-18 win in North London at the weekend.
A new RFL ruling, allowing players to be loaned to the Skolars on a week-by-week basis as opposed to the full initial month required by other sides in the Championship, has helped with players like Harlequins' ex-Skolar Joe Mbu returning to his roots on a temporary basis.
Following the resignation of coach Callum Irving earlier this season, Skolars' will be led by Jermaine Coleman on their first ever appearance in front of the Sky Sports cameras.
The 27-year-old teacher and former player has been placed in temporary charge until the end of the season.
