Noone: Lads fancy causing big shock
Date published: 25 April 2012
SECOND-ROW star Paul Noone has revealed several Oldham RL team-mates genuinely believe they can eliminate St Helens from the Challenge Cup on Friday.
Noone misses the eagerly-anticipated fifth-round clash — which has been switched to the Super League club’s Langtree Park home — due to injury, but is heavily involved in preparations.

“A few of the lads fancy their chances of causing an upset.
“St Helens have more ability than us, everyone knows that, but if we catch them on a bad day maybe we can pull it off. The thing about confidence is, it can help you overcome all matter of challenges.”
