Much of what we did, we did wrong

Roughyeds boss Scott Naylor - never a man for mincing words - said defeat for Oldham was partly due to how well Rochdale played - and how poorly his own side performed.
The straight-talking naylor said: “Rochdale totally deserved their win. They ran harder than us, tackled harder than us; played tough; came with a game plan and stuck to it; and did everything you need to do to win.
“We didn’t bend our backs in defence; we didn’t finish off sets with good kicks; much of what we did, in fact, we did wrong, while Rochdale played exceptionally well.”
