Danny guilty plea by club

OLDHAM has entered a guilty plea for hooker Danny Whitmore over his punching offence at Gateshead.
Whitmore was sin-binned for the second time in four games and later charged by the RFL — an offence carrying a likely one to two-match ban, cut to one match if a guilty plea is entered early.
Oldham made the guilty plea in plenty of time to beat today's 11am deadline after Whitmore talked to coach Scott Naylor and chairman Chris Hamilton, .
