Injured Tyson is Oldham worry

YOUNG forward George Tyson is doubtful for Oldham RL's big game at Gateshead on Sunday.
The 20-year-old back-row man is thought to have hurt a knee while training with his parent club, Salford Red Devils. He wasn't able to train last night.
Coach Scott Naylor said: "I'm still waiting for the full report. He's Salford's player so they will look after him and he will get whatever treatment he needs.
"As far as his prospects for Sunday are concerned, we will give him as long as possible, but we have to accept that he could be a doubt."
Apart from long-term injury victim Adam Files, who has missed most of the season, everybody is fit and available. The 38-10 win against Hemel Stags last time out was one of the most impressive team displays of the campaign, but Naylor says that doesn't necessarily mean it will be an unchanged side.
He said: "A few of the boys have not played for three or four weeks so they are in need of some game time at this very important part of the season. Before I name the side I'll be giving a lot of thought to the overall picture.
"If we can beat Gateshead and then finish off with a home win against Gloucester we've got to be in with a chance of getting to where we want to be.”
