Oldham set Danny fitness deadline
Date published: 05 March 2015
Second-row man Danny Langtree may be given until Saturday to prove his fitness ahead of Oldham’s third-round Ladbrokes Challenge Cup tie against Coventry Bears at Whitebank.
Coach Scott Naylor has hinted he might make changes for Sunday’s tie; one of them could hinge on Langtree’s late test.
Hamstring trouble kept him out of last Sunday’s opener against Coventry, the third game he has missed out of a possible 50 since Naylor took charge. Only Josh Crowley, who has played in every game over that period, can better 24-year-old Langtree’s consistency
