Transport link to the Fold

NEW home . . . Oldham RL will play their home games at Stalybridge Celtic’s Bower Fold next season
HAVING fixed 2016 turnstile and season ticket prices, Oldham RL Club is looking into the chance of arranging match-day transport from Whitebank to Stalybridge Celtic’s Bower Fold stadium.
From the Oldham boundary at the end of Lees New Road, it’s less than four miles to the venue where Roughyeds will play home games in the coming season.
Club officials recognise that it will be harder to get to Stalybridge than to Whitebank for supporters who rely on public transport.
“We are exploring the possibility of putting on transport,” said club chairman Chris Hamilton.
“We’ve kept admission prices as competitive as we can in the hope our supporters will back us in numbers as we strive to build on what we achieved last season.”
