Bibby leaves Fold

YOUNG centre Jake Bibby has left Oldham RL to return to Salford Red Devils after his one-month loan.
Bibby (19), a full-time pro, played against Dewsbury Rams at Bower Fold and against Featherstone Rovers and Workington Town away. A fourth game, Bradford Bulls at Bower Fold, was postponed due to a snow-covered pitch.
Lewis Palfrey (thigh), Danny Langtree (thigh), Adam Clay (groin) and Will Hope (shoulder) didn’t train last night because of injuries picked up in the 23-12 loss at Workington. They will be assessed again tomorrow night ahead of Sunday’s fourth-round Ladbrokes Challenge Cup tie against Cumbrian amateurs Kells at Bower Fold (3pm).
New signing Gary Middlehurst, who made his debut at Derwent Park, is eligible to play against Kells, but his former North Wales Crusaders team mate Joe Burke, coach Scott Naylor’s latest addition, is cup-tied having played in an earlier round.
