Foster to remain with Roughyeds

OLDHAM RL Club have done more beat-the-deadline business by extending Lewis Foster's loan agreement to the end of the season - and they haven't given up on completing at least one more deal before the 5pm cut off.
Chairman Chris Hamilton has confirmed that he will be spending much of the last few hours before deadline on work associated with squad strengthening.
While the Foster deal will be warmly welcomed by supporters it wasn't as good as it might have been because Leigh insisted on a call-back clause.
Said coach Scott Naylor: "Lewis has shown already that he is good for us and I'm really pleased we've got him for longer.
"Hopefully, he will attain the same levels of performance that he achieved in his first month with us and help us to play well and get the desired results in the play-offs."
