HEYSIDE Angels can reflect on a terrific season in the Oldham Girls League.
Five of their teams clinched titles while the other two, under-14s Clarets and under-10s Navys, finished as runners-up.
The under-16s, under-12s Clarets, under-11s Navys and under-10s Whites helped themselves to trebles.
Away from the Oldham Girls League, Angels also enjoyed plenty of success in end of season tournaments, with the under-16s winning the sv AWC Cup and finishing runners-up in the Woozik Cup, both in Holland.
Heyside Juniors FC, of which Angels are a part, are also celebrating a notable individual award as their chairman, Steve Grice, has been named the Manchester County FA Charter Standard Administrator of the Year for 2008.
