The youngsters, one of 10 boroughs in the competition, picked up 15 medals overall, including four golds.
They also came away with four silver medals, five bronze medals and two fair play awards for the netball under-13s and 15s.
The squad of 250, making up 25 teams in total, had spent months training hard with the help of 60 volunteer coaches and managers.

After a league campaign in the lead up to the Games, the basketball team won their play-off and clinch top honours.
Other gold medals went to the boccia and table tennis YPD teams, with the former winning all four of their matches on the day.
Defeat in their final games left the basketball under-13s and badminton under-15s having to settle for silver medals.
One of the biggest surprise was the success of the athletics teams, who performed magnificently to secure silver.
The cheerleaders were also second following a morale-boosting performance of their routine at the pre-Games party.
Bronze medals also went to the tennis, water polo, table tennis as well as the girls football YPD.
A highlight was in the water polo team’s 6-1 win against Rochdale.
