Cup final dayawaits Boys

OLDHAM Boys under-14s are through to the final of the Tameside Sunday League Cup.
They booked their place thanks to a 3-1 victory over Meadway JFC. James McDermott (two) and Scott Robinson were on target.
DYLAN Marshall produced a five-star show as Failsworth Town under-13s put 12 past Uppermill without reply.
The hot-shot helped himself to five goals, Ryan Conway, Kevin Cook and Sam Schofield scored two apiece and Will Forbes got the other.
Under-12s were leading 1-0 at half-time against Northside in round one of the League Cup, but it all went wrong after the break as they slumped to an 8-2 defeat.
Rabanne Murray and Mark Donegan scored for Town.
The under-14s, meanwhile, were beaten 3-2 at Sedgley Park. Chris Charlton and Kearney McCartney were Town’s marksmen.
JOE Burgoyne (two), Chris Batters and Connor Jeffers found the net for Chaddy End FC under-14s against Hattersley, but they had to settle for a 4-4 draw.
UPPERMILL under-15s made it four wins on the bounce with a decisive 5-1 defeat of Moston Valley.
On target were Tony Jeffreys, James Jowle (two), Danny Murphy and George Griffiths.
Tameside and District Junior League
CHADDERTON FC Juniors under-15s came from behind to beat title rivals Hyde United 6-2 in the Tameside and District Junior League.
Jack Beasley restored parity, before a goal from Zamir Ussman and four from hot-shot Mike Taylor in the second half clinched victory to keep Chadderton on pole position.
OLDHAM Boys under-13s were hit for six by Denton Youth.
They went down to a 6-2 defeat, with Sam Howarth and Sam Wicks getting the consolation goals.
3D DYNAMOS under-16s completed their home fixtures with a thrilling 5-4 win over AFC Oldham.
Tom Lord, with a hat-trick, Joel Longmore and an own goal made up 3D’s tally.
Alex Milovanovic scored for under-12s ‘T’, who picked up a point in a 1-1 draw against Hollinwood.
Sam Bagshaw and Tom Ireson recorded hat-tricks for under-11s ‘T’ in an emphatic 10-3 defeat of Heyside Juniors.
Rylan Dickenson, William Wilson, Tom McClusky and Daniel Griffiths also hit the target.
GOALS from Ryan Baldwin and Oliver Depetrillo were to no avail as Heyside JFC under-11s went down 6-2 to Hyde United, but Jack Higginson scored four times and Tom Robinson got the other for Heyside Juniors under-12s in the 5-3 defeat of Medlock Rangers.

Rochdale and Oldham Youth League
CHADDY End FC under-12s suffered League Cup semi-final disappointment, going down 2-1 to Springhead. Charlie Burton scored the consolation goal.
The under-15s enjoyed victories in a double-header against Rochdale St Clements.
They triumphed 4-1 in the first game — Chase Harrison, Tom Procter and Curtis Ingham (two) were the marksmen — before they followed up with a hard-fought 2-1 win. Ingham got both goals.
Jake Green also scored twice for the under-14s, but they were beaten 3-2 by Meanwood.
DANNY Barnes bagged a brace as Heyside Juniors under-13s defeated Chadderton Juniors 4-0 in the League Cup. Ross Morrison and Thomas Ireland got the other goals.
o CALLUM McEvilly (two) and Chris May were on target for Crompton Villa under-12s, who enjoyed a 3-1 win at home to Broadway Celtic.
CHADDERTON FC Juniors under-12s, with goals from Liam Eadsforth (two), Reece Mellor (two), James Tulley, Shaun Middleton, Matthew Goulding, Bradley Humphreys, Dan Javed and Harrison Grant, brushed aside Alkrington Dynamos 10-2.
Bury and Radcliffe Sunday League Cup
CHADDY End FC under-15s were thwarted in their attempts to reach the final of the Bury and Radcliffe League Cup.
They went down 2-1 to Walshaw Sports in their semi-final clash. Tom Keegan scored Chaddy End’s consolation.
Huddersfield and District Junior League
CHRIS Whitworth scored with the last kick of the game as 3D Dynamos under-15s earned a deserved 1-1 draw against Honley in the Huddersfield and District Junior League.
But goals from Alex Milovanovic and Michael Kitching were in vain as under-15s ‘M’ were beaten 4-2 by Batley Juniors.
