Home fans have plenty to smile about
OLDHAM Netball Club tasted double joy at their very own tournament.
More than 50 teams, some from Birmingham and Nottingham, converged at the Hathershaw Netball Centre for a day of packed competition.
And Oldham, thanks to the success of the under-13s and under-16s, made sure the home supporters had plenty to cheer about.
They also reached the final of the other three age sections, but had to settle for second best.
Tameside won the under-11s and under-14s, while Trafford secured success in the under-12s section.
Results are —
Under-11s: winners, Tameside; runners-up, Oldham.
