Two out of two for Oldham?

OLDHAM Schools under-15s were trying to make it two wins out of two in the Lancashire Schools’ Merit League today.
The town team, who recorded a 56-run defeat of Bury in their opening game of the season, were away to Tameside at Ashton Cricket Club.
Manager Chris Highton’s team was —
Joe Lovell (Our Lady’s), Connor Hey (St Bede’s), Rob Shaw, Zain Tehir (Hulme GS), Ryan Sloan (St Matthew’s), Bradley Hadfield (Saddleworth), Drew Fullalove, Tom Rowlands (Crompton House), Nick Doyle (Audenshaw), Luke Du Feu, Matthew Kenderdine (Blue Coat).
Meanwhile, the under-11s were involved in a friendly against Salford at Royton CC today.
The youngsters have recorded back-to-back victories so far in the Merit League.
