THE final of the Dunlop Oldham Junior Tennis boys doubles produced a cracking finish.
Alex Nye and Liam Stafford held off a strong challenge from Peter Leatherbarrow and Jordan Moran to win 3-6, 6-3, 11-9 in the final staged at Tame Valley Tennis Club.
Chloe Oldham won the under-15s girls singles, beating Savannah Rowbottom 6-1, 6-1, while the boys title went to Daniel Newall after a tremendous tussle with Andrew Tarpey (2-6, 7-6, 10-8).
Winner of the under-17s boys event was Peter Leatherbarrow who beat Alex Nye 6-1, 6-1.
