Gloves are off as Harry nets hat-trick

HARRY SOUTHERN played a dual role as 3D Dynamos under-13s overcame Glossop North End in the Tameside and District Junior League.

He had a spell between the sticks in the first half — he deputised for the regular ’keeper who dislocated a thumb in the warm up — and was sent up front for the second in which scored a hat-trick.

Johnny Wilbraham and Jake Skelly got the other goals for 3D.

HEYSIDE JFC under-11s were on cloud nine.

Ronan Beckett, Conor Henley and Liam Standring scored two apiece in an impressive 9-0 defeat of Dukinfield Tigers. Jack Altamis, William Heaton and Joe Maw got the other goals.

But efforts from Jamie Ashton and Corey Fox were in vain as Juniors under-11s succumbed 5-2 against Haughton Rangers.

The under-12s also lost, by a 2-1 margin at the hands of Hyde United. Aidan Pass scored for Heyside.

GOALS from Michael Gill and James Larty were to no avail as Chadderton Juniors under-12s were beaten 3-2 by 3D Dynamos Yellows.
