Rangers are pegged back

YOUTH RUGBY: SADDLEWORTH Rangers wasted a big lead as they drew 12-12 with Crusaders Colts in the Gillette National Youth League.
Rod Giblin scored the only try of the first half for the older and more experienced Rangers side.
Joe Greenwood slotted over the conversion and then added a penalty, before both teams were reduced to 12 players for fighting.
Rangers extended their lead when Sam Shaw went over in the corner and, at that point, the local outfit seemed on course for victory.
But Crusaders found a way back into the game thanks to a converted try from Lewis Reece.
And the scores were all-square when Crusaders star man Matthew McGovern powered his way over and Reece did his bit with the boot.
