DANNY YATES (with ball) — England Youth Squad chance
YOUTH RUGBY: SCRUM-HALF Danny Yates of Waterhead is celebrating his inclusion in the England Youth squad for a series of training camps to be held next year.
The 15-year-old Counthill pupil, who captained England to European Nations Cup success last year, is included in the under-16s grouping.
Yates, a scholar at St Helens, joins fellow Oldhamers Ben White and Lewis Galbraith, both under-15s, within the single programme ‘England Youth 2010’.
