OLDHAM Schools under-14s had to settle for a point after being held to a 2-2 draw by Stockport in the Greater Manchester Schools’ League.

Behind in the 28th minute, the town team were back on level terms 60 seconds later through Regan Walker (Counthill).

But Stockport regained the lead before half-time when they caught Oldham napping.

Oldham dominated the second half and came close to drawing level on several occasions before Tom Scullion (Failsworth) found the back of the net on the hour mark to claim a share of the spoils.
