ADAM Howard: junior English Schools Cross-Country Champion
ADAM Howard (14) was all smiles after winning the junior boys section at the Aviva ESSA English Schools’ Cross-Country Championships, held at Heaton Park.
The Counthill pupil, among 300 athletes in the race, led all the way over the 4,000-metre course to cross the line more than 20 seconds clear of his nearest rival.
