Booth bags a double

RUGBY LEAGUE: SADDLEWORTH Rangers under-16s raced to a 36-4 victory over Folly Lane.
Scott Booth scored and Danny Richardson’s try was converted by Ben White.
Ryan Maneely touched down after the break, with White adding extras, and he converted Lewis Galbraith’s try before adding one himself. Booth wrapped up the scoring.
Saddleworth Rangers under-15s swept aside Widnes St Maries in a 22-4 triumph.
Harry Wallace, Lewis Christian (two) and James Fowles scored, with Dominic D’Adamo adding extras.
The first home game of the season saw Saddleworth Rangers under-13s beat Milnrow 6-4.
Harray Aaronson got the try, with Tom Brisk converting.
Rangers’ under-10s won 34-10 at Milnrow Cobras.
Adam Howarth, Josh Yarwood and Jack Harrison-Brown scored two tries each.
Debutant Daniel Dalzell was man of the match.
OLDHAM St Anne’s under-12s earned a narrow 12-10 triumph over Langworthy Reds.
After 11 minutes James Barran touched down and converted.
The home side responded with two tries after the break but St Anne’s hit back through a Barran try, converted by Baldwin, to win the match.
A late try from Rob Charles earned St Anne’s under-11s a 20-20 draw at Leyland.
Lewis Croft opened the scoring before Sam Hall also struck.
Charles added another before the break, with Hall and Charles both adding conversions.
St Anne’s under-nines beat Woolston 10-1.
Finbar Martindale and Daniel Nixon both mustered hat-tricks, with Adam Pilling, Brandon Turner, Michael Cashin and Patrick Connor also getting their names on the scoresheet.
WATERHEAD under-17s romped to a 52-4 win at the expense of Warrington Crossfields.
Jonathan Foulds scored four tries and Ben Jackson got three, while there was one each from Luke Bentley and Jason Andrews. Ben Whitehead converted eight times.
CIARAN Beswick notched three tries for Waterhead under-15s in the 34-8 win over Rylands.
Jack Holmes, Rhys James and Sam Ashley did the rest of the damage.
