MARTIAL ARTS: OLDHAM martial arts students played a major part in Great Britain’s success at one of the sport’s most prestigious events.
Eleven talented young people earned medals at the Martial Arts World Games in Ireland.
They are all members of Domana Elica Martial Arts Academy (DEMAA), where Great Britain coach Dave Terry is principal instructor.
He said: “Every single student fought with amazing heart and courage, with every one of them claiming a medal in their own divisions.”
