Dynamic duo see Chadderton home

FOOTBALL: CHADDERTON Juniors under-13s beat Broadway Celtic 5-0 in the Tameside Sunday League Cup quarter-final. James Larty scored a hat-trick, while Ashley Hartley bagged a brace.



AVRO under-12s got the better of Chaddy End with a 2-0 win in their quarter-final.
On the mark were Cameron McDonald and Kobe Shaw.



CROMPTON Villa under-14s roared to a 5-0 triumph over Boundary Park Juniors, thanks in no small part to a Jack Johnson treble.
He was joined on the scoresheet by Hayden Clarke and Josh Croll.



OLDHAM Rangers Blue under-15s raced to a 14-0 win against Bury Amateurs in the North Bury League.
Thomas Widdup scored four goals, while Ian Morris and Andrew Badby notched three apiece.

A Daniel Tindall brace and goals from Aaron Taylor and Tasham Tomlin completed the rout.



CHADDERTON Park under-13s Lions lost 2-1 to Moston.
And the under-11s lost 2-1 to Middleton Lads. Luke Evans scored the consolation goal.


BROADWAY Celtic under-12s beat Elton & Walshaw 8-1.
Matthew McCormack produced a treble, Adrian Ashcroft struck twice, while Patrick Laycock, Shea Roach and Ben Jackson also netted.
