Duo score four each in goal glut

FOOTBALL: ADAM Dunkerley and Donovan Sylvester bagged four goals each as Heyside under-12s beat Moston Junior Reds 16-0 in the Manchester Mini-Soccer League.

Lewis Dearden (two), Declan Hopkins (two), Kai Whitney (two), Adam Simpson and George Walsh were also on the scoresheet.

The under-12s’ Blues side lost 6-5 to Moston Brook despite efforts from Joshua Daubney-Buckley, Adam Holden, Robert White, Jakub Dinnen and Jack Meylan.



HEYSIDE under-14s lost 8-4 to Medlock Valley in the Tameside and District League despite goals from Lewis Adamejtis, Joe Fagan, Oliver Depetrillo and Aiden Pass.

They also drew 1-1 with Ardwick, with Alex Bescoby on target, and beat Dukinfield Tigers 6-2 through a Bradley Adams hat-trick, goals from Callum Harris and Keiron Glynn and an own goal.

The under-13s beat Mighty Dragons 9-0 thanks to four goals from Brennan Levay, three Owen Shaughnessy efforts, and strikes from Kyle Robinson and George Riley.

They drew 4-4 with AFC Oldham (Shaughnessy two, Alex Hunt, Kyle Robinson) and lost 6-1 to Clayton Villa (Shaughnessy).



HEYSIDE under-16s saw off Swinton 4-1 in the Tameside Sunday League after a Josh Brierley brace and goals from Danny Lewis and Martin Kenny.

They also lost 4-3 to Northside (Jack Wallace two, Jamie Foster-Jones) and 6-4 against Curzon Ashton (Shaughnessy two, Bradley Flint two).
