Kai scores hat-trick in Heyside rout

FOOTBALL: KAI Whitney scored a hat-trick for Heyside under-12s in their 7-1 win against Moston Valley in the Manchester Youth and Mini-Soccer League.
Adam Dunkerley added a brace and was joined on the scoresheet by Jack Dunkerley and Lewis Dearden.
The under-12s’ Blues side defeated Moston Reds 8-1 through a Joshua Daubney-Buckley treble, two goals from Jakub Dinnen and further strikes from Robert White, Nick Helliwell and Joseph Blamer-Beaver.
HEYSIDE under-14s edged out Fixton 3-2 courtesy of Aiden Pass, Alex Bescoby and James Forde strikes.
The under-13s swept aside AFC Stanley 7-2 thanks to a Brennan Levay hat-trick, an Owen Shaughnessy brace and goals from George Riley and Jack Woodhead.
A MARTIN Kenny brace put Heyside under-16s on the way to a 4-1 triumph over Radcliffe Borough in the Tameside Sunday League.
Also on the mark were Connor Oxendale and Dane Mansfield. The under-14s lost 2-1 to Hollingworth, with Keiron Thomasson notching the consolation goal.
