FOOTBALL:

HEYSIDE Angels under-12s won the North Manchester Girls’ League after other results went their way and left the team unassailable.

The under-16s Angels Clarets beat their Angels Blues counterparts 5-0 through braces from Charlotte Lancaster and Abbie Porter and Shannon Ryan’s strike.

Under-15s action saw Heyside defeat Uppermill ‘A’ 4-1, with Kinsa Hmami at the double and Leoni Harland and Ella Milovanovic also on target.



OLDHAM Athletic under-16s saw off Denton 5-1 courtesy of Feiruz Abdullahi’s treble and a Danielle Partington brace.
