Rangers roar to victory

RUGBY:
SADDLEWORTH Rangers under-16s enjoyed a 42-8 victory over Shevington Sharks.
A double from Tyrone Chipcase helped Rangers to a 12-8 half-time lead and the second period belonged to the Saddleworth outfit.
Jack Johnson went over twice and Joe Boulter, Cameron Robertson and Jed Mawdsley also crossed.
Dominic D’Adamo successfully landed all seven conversions.
Rangers’ under-14s side lost 18-6 to Milnrow, despite there being no score for the first 30 minutes.
Aaron Bishop forced himself over the line from a penalty in the second period for Saddleworth’s only try. Tom Brisk was man of the match.
