ROUNDERS:

OLDHAM’S Rebecca Hewson enhanced her growing reputation after being selected as an ambassador for Rounders England at the Nottingham School Games.

Crompton House pupil Rebecca (15) has played for her country at under-14s and, more recently, under-16s level at events across the UK.

As a member of the under-16s elite squad, Rebecca was asked to be one of the faces of the national game. She talked to fellow youngsters about the sport, umpired matches and presented trophies to the winners.
