POTTING sensation Aaron Davies has collected more silverware after being named England Junior Billiards champion.
Already the England junior title-winner at pool, and a snooker star in the making, the
15 year old defeated Hartlepool’s John Morrell 582 to 382 in the billiards final at the Sheffield Star Academy.
The Royton-based Newman College pupil took up billiards only 12 months ago, but has been winning regularly for the Rochdale Northern Snooker Club team in the Bury league. He boasts a highest snooker break of 126.
Aaron’s latest success has earned him a place in the men’s world billiards championships in Leeds in October.
