GOLF HOST club representative Michael V Smith won the Chronicle Junior Cup at Crompton and Royton by three shots with a superb 75-5-70.

And Carina-May Tierney made it a one-two for the club when she was the runner-up with 92-19-73.

Saddleworth’s Ben Pullen took the best gross prize with a round of 77.
