THAT'S A TRY . . . Harry Godfrey touches down for Saddleworth Rangers under the watchful eye of referee Simon Ellis
SADDLEWORTH Rangers crushed Salford City Roosters 51-0 at Shaw Hall Bank Road despite seeing Sam Hart sent off for alleged fighting midway through the second half.
Rangers were rarely troubled during what proved to be a rather one-sided National Conference League Division Two clash.
Gavin Dodd scored a hat-trick of tries for Rangers, while Josh Bradbury bagged himself a brace as well as seven goals and a field goal.
Harry Godfrey, Michael Coates, Ethan Langhorn and Dominic Igoe also crossed the whitewash for the dominant hosts.
In a rather ill-tempered clash, Salford pair Danny Trimble and Tom Smith were sin-binned, as was Rangers' James Whalley.
Rangers moved into a comfortable mid-table position ahead of Saturday's home fixture against Crosfields.
