HALF-CENTURY . . . Andrew Gleave
DELPH 'doubled up' again with back-to-back victories in the Drakes Huddersfield League Premiership.
Andrew Gleave's men produced a great run chase to see off Barkisland's challenge yesterday.
Barkisland belied their lowly position in the table by opening with a formidable 250 total, but Mosun Hussain proved to be the star of Delph's reply as he scored 119 not out as the visitors secured maximum points with five wickets to spare.
Michael Finan added 53 not out.
On Saturday Delph cruised to victory at fifth-placed Thongsbridge.
REDUCED
Nathan Jones' haul of four for 65 helped reduced the hosts to 181 all out as they took first knock.
Delph reached their target with six wickets in hand as run-machine Hussain scored 92 and skipper Gleave 52 not out.
WOODHOUSES secured another impressive win in the Greater Manchester League Division One.
The Belfields outfit opened up by hitting 193 for six from their 50 overs at Stand.
In reply, the home side were bowled out for just 101, with Alex Spender taking five wickets for 20 runs.
