WOODHOUSES, who beat Stockport side Compstall in the previous round, host Warwickshire League side Fillongley in the last 16 of the npower Village Cup on Sunday (2pm). Admission is free.
But first Woodhouses have an important match tomorrow at Cheetham Hill in the Lees Brewery Lancashire County League.
It involves the fourth and fifth-placed teams, with Woodhouses needing a win to make up ground on the sides above them in the table.
Woodhouses are in decent form, having won by 48 runs at Denton last weekend.
The hosts were restricted to 128 for nine in reply to their opponents’ 176 for seven, Mike Cassidy hitting 56.
