Alkrington denied cup final double

ALKRINGTON ‘A’ have won the Dunlop Oldham Tennis League division one Subsidiary Cup.
They defeated Bamford ‘A’ 3-2 in the final, while Rochdale ‘B’ edged out Milnrow ‘C’ by the same scoreline to the lift the division three Subsidiary Cup.
Alkrington were unable to make it a double as their ‘C’ team went down 3-1 to Clarksfield ‘D’ in the division four Subsidiary Cup final.
