HIGGINSHAW got their new season off to a promising start, losing 16-8 in a friendly with Folly Lane.
New Higgy coaching duo Michael Thornton and Craig Dickinson witnessed a terrific game, in which Michael Smith scored the team’s only try with Gareth Brindley kicking a pair of goals.
