Ferris, Kielty hit hat-tricks

BEN KIELTY and Steve Ferris hit hat-tricks and Adam Flynn got the other as table-toppers Oldham ‘A’ defeated Manchester United (Amps) 7-0 in the premiership section of the Greater Manchester Ability Counts League.
Ferris (two) and Flynn added two more to their personal tallies in the 3-2 win over Rochdale.
The ‘B’ team experienced mixed fortunes, beating Bolton 4-1 — Scott McKenzie (two), Jason Cartwright and Shabaz Mohammed got the goals — but then going down 3-1 to Wigan. Ged Graham scored the consolation.
