OLDHAM Town continue their bid for cup success on three fronts tomorrow when they play at Ashton Town in the second round of the First Division Trophy.
Already through to the quarter-finals of the Vodkat League Challenge Cup and Manchester Premier Cup, Town are bidding for a last-eight place in this competition.
Promotion-chasing Town will start favourites as Ashton are bottom of the table, so complacency could be their main danger.
CHADDERTON are also involved in First Division Trophy action tomorrow when they entertain Bootle.
It promises to be a fascinating match involving the fourth and fifth-placed teams in the division.
Bootle have lost only one of their 11 league matches and, if they win their games in hand on the three teams above them, they will take over the top spot.
Chadderton manager Paul Buckley said: “We have a very young side and we are not expected to win so the lads can go out and enjoy themselves.”
Chadderton reserves are away to Daisy Hill.
MOSSLEY will be hoping for an action replay when they play Woodley Sports in division one north of the UniBond League.
The Lilywhites triumphed 4-1 at Woodley last Saturday to strengthen their push for promotion.
Manager Chris Willcock said: “Woodley will be fired up and will have been seething all week after losing so heavily.
“They will be out to avenge that defeat so we have to go out and match them.
“It will be important to get an early lead then hopefully their confidence will wane.”
