IN the first matches of 2009 in the Chadderton Snooker League, sponsored by Hillbillies, league leaders High Crompton ‘B’ were held to a 3-3 draw against The Moss Inn, reducing the points different over second-placed Royton Cons after their 5-1 win against New Moston Club.
Chadderton Cot ‘B’ also enjoyed the start of the new year with a 6-0 win over their own ‘A’ team.
