Dunham Forest Trophy draw

OLDHAM and Saddleworth have home draws in the preliminary round of golf’s Dunham Forest Trophy.

Oldham entertain Westhoughton while Saddleworth play hosts to Tunshill.

Meanwhile, Crompton and Royton travel to Crewe, Werneth are away to Wychwood Park while Brookdale and Stamford receive byes.

The Manchester and District Foursomes sees Brookdale play hosts to Eccles-based Boysnope in the preliminary round while Stamford head to Warrington and Werneth to Heaton Park.

Crompton and Royton, Oldham and Saddleworth are all exempt until the first round.

The preliminary-round draw for the Archie Preston Mixed Foursomes has thrown up a mouth-watering local derby as Brookdale play hosts to Saddleworth.

Werneth are at home to Blackley while Crompton and Royton entertain Chapel-en-le-Frith. Oldham and Stamford both have byes.

All preliminary-round matches must be completed before April 19.
